The top five legal issues faced by Americans during the last year are:

  • Family Law (divorce, child custody, etc.) at 41%
  • Estate Planning (wills, trust, settling of estates, etc.) at 19%
  • Real Estate (buying/selling, property disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, etc.) at 18%
  • Elder Law and Nursing Home Issues at 11%
  • Criminal and Traffic Matters at 8%
